Every school’s data is fully separated. One school can never see or reach another school’s students, fees or records.
Admins, teachers, accountants, parents and students each see only what their role permits — finance stays with finance, classrooms with teachers.
All traffic runs over HTTPS/TLS, so data moving between the app, the parent app and our servers is encrypted in transit.
Your data is backed up regularly, and admins can run their own backup & restore from the dashboard at any time.
Passwords are hashed (never stored in plain text), with optional two-factor authentication and secure password resets.
Deleted records go to Trash and can be restored — accidental deletions are recoverable, not gone forever.
We collect only what a school needs to operate, and your data is never sold. You own your data and can export it.
Key actions are recorded in activity logs, so administrators have visibility into who did what and when.
Each school runs on its own branded, isolated subdomain (or custom domain) with its own SSL.
